It is no longer available, as newer versions have appeared, and a change in policy is now in place.But, the Borland Polish website still offers this free version ( in English ):The tools I have made for FS have been made using this free version. Commercial applications cannot be made, but freeware programs can be shared without restriction.If you are interested in programmming for Flight Simulator this is a great deal.
