GVLK keys do not change the product or any functionality in windows in any way. You can find the differences between Windows Professional and Enterprise by googeling, but it is not about one being better than the other. It’s about the feature level of the OS and what you need. It’s no point running Enterprise if you don’t use all the extra features and don’t have central management of the Windows OS, like SCCM.
